I called Evans Cooling about a problem I was having locating heat strips for my eleven year old Arcoaire heat pump. Another contractor hadn't been able to locate them either, but I didn't want to give up without checking another source. Dealing with Josh Evans was a very positive experience. He came to the house on time, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC work, and most important of all, very forthcoming and honest in his opinions and recommendations. He inspired trust immediately. He wasn't able to help me find the strips for my unit, but when the decision is made to replace this old unit with a new one, he's the first call I'll make.
Extremely pleased! In the middle of a super hot, super busy AC repair season, Joshua, the owner, responded to my service call within 45min. And he had my AC fixed literally 10min later!
